Our Welsh Coastal Holiday Cottage
The cottage is centrally heated (gas) throughout and offers the following:
- lounge with TV, video and radio/CD player
- 3 double bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor, one with double bed, one with twin beds
- third bedroom via spiral staircase with twin beds and views of the sea and hills
- bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower over
- large L-shaped kitchen with full-size gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc
- dining area (in the kitchen) with table and 4 chairs, looking out onto the garden
- utility room with washing machine & chest freezer
- conservatory with table and chairs which can be used in or outdoors
- secluded rear garden with lawn and simple flower beds
- gated driveway at the side with parking for up to 3 cars
We provide:
· Duvets and pillows
· Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
· Soap for kitchen and bathroom
· Iron and ironing board
· Washing machine
· Chest Freezer
· Gardening tools if you feel like doing a bit!

· Energy to make full use of the surrounding attractions |

For the benefit of our non-smoking guests, please do not smoke indoors.
